Volunteering in an African Orphanage and Childcare Centre

Hi everyone, Sarah here. In July I will be travelling to Africa (Tanzania) to volunteer in orphanages and childcare centres. Those of you who know me, know how passionate I am about assisting children in need, and have dreamt of travelling to Africa to do exactly that for many many years.

I have done similar trips to places like India and Thailand, where I have volunteered in Child and Family Residential Facilities, and Orphanages, so I know firsthand how under resourced these organisations are and how far even small contributions go to better these little ones lives.

The time has finally come, and I have decided to raise some money prior to leaving for Africa so I am able to make a bigger impact than just donating my time, by purchasing much needed supplies for the children such as school uniforms, school supplies, clothing, food, water, and any other necessities they may require at the time. Your contribution will mean I am able to support the local community/economy by purchasing these supplies in country, and provide the children with necessities that they require to meet their daily needs.

Any donation big or small is greatly appreciated and will go a long way in the lives of these little ones.
