Community First Responders are Volunteers who are medically trained to respond to 999 calls in our local communities to assist our colleagues in the North West Ambulance Service. We currently use our own vehicles but we are now looking to get funds for a 4x4 response vehicle so that we can further assist with emergency calls in our local areas, Failsworth/Ashton in the winter months when the pressures are at their utmost. We can be on scene within minutes saving life’s.
