We could all use a mood booster right now, especially Jeff and Susan Mall, the owners of Volo Chocolate, a Sonoma County favorite. They’ve been supplying Windsor with happy-inducing chocolate bars for the past five years, and right now, they’re one of the many small businesses in California impacted by COVID-19. They need our help!
Jeff and Susan produce over 1,200 chocolate bars per week, using local ingredients from Clover Dairy, Petaluma Hill Dairy, Merchant & Miller Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Flying Goat Coffee. Their cocoa beans are sourced from the Lachua and Polochic Valley regions from farmers’ associations of growers in Guatemala and Haiti. Their Mexican chocolate brings the flavors and soul of Mexico right here to Sonoma County.
