Hi! My name is Anthony, a middle school teacher at a small K-8 school, located on City Island in the Bronx, NY. Co-ed recreational volleyball is a great way to stay active, have fun, and meet new people. It is a version of the sport that is open to players of all skill levels, from beginners just starting out to experienced veterans. It is a form of competitive recreation that can be enjoyed by any age, gender, or ability.

We are looking to secure funds to be able to buy our club's basic equipment. We have secured initial funding for knee pads and some volleyballs....but I was told to set our goal higher, let's try to secure a new base and net for our students (you can see the one we play with now in the picture)! For a school with no athletic clubs, this IS the best place to start!
