Ace Needs Your Help!

Hi everyone, my name is Ryan Desanti and I work with Travis and Sarah Stewart at MŪV Chiropractic & Yoga. Unfortunately, on Travis's birthday this past Thursday, Ace had to be rushed to the emergency clinic. After excessive blood in his stool, pale gums, and extreme lethargy he was driven to CASE Emergency in Boulder, CO where he was rushed directly back to the trauma team.

The hypothesis from the doctor's report was a bone fragment laceration to his GI tract, which led to a significant amount of blood loss. He was sent home the next day, but on Saturday morning started showing signs of extreme lethargy and pale gums again, so he was re-admitted. After being admitted, he underwent a blood transfusion due to a low red blood cell count which helped perk him up a bit.

As of now, he is still under care at CASE Emergency Clinic where he is stable and should be released this morning (Monday). Ace is tough and we're hoping he should be alright, but I'll be sure to keep everyone updated.

These unexpected emergency visits as of right now have totaled Travis and Sarah over $8,000, which they will have to pay out of pocket. If you know Travis & Sarah, you know how much Ace means to them. If you have ever met Ace, you know how amazing of a dog he is.
