Medical Aids to help Bob come home

Hi, My husband Bob has been battling Prostate Cancer for approx 4 years. It has advanced to his bones. He collapsed 4 weeks ago, the cancer is compressing on his spinal cord. He has been in hospital since this happened.  He can only walk short distances as he tires very quickly. He just wants to come home. Please help us raise the funds to help him come home.
