Simmons Family Fundraiser

Hi, my name is Kevin Rizzi, and I am asking for donations for my cousin Kurt Simmons, who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer. Kurt has two beautiful children and an angel of a wife, along with a big family who are all helping him fight this tough battle he was recently given. Kurt would do anything to help anyone he's ever met, and this time he needs our help. Kurt is not able to work as he just had surgery to remove the tumor, and will be undergoing chemotherapy shortly.
