We are sharing this with broken hearts. When our Matthew was born we were well aware of his diagnosis. Matthew fought and he fought so hard until the very end. But he was tired and ready to go home… We knew our time with him was limited.. we just didn’t think it would be so soon. Our heart are shattered at another loss so soon. But we have solace and peace knowing our Izael is no longer alone and was waiting for Matthew at heavens gates.

You are both in Gods hands now our sweet sweet angels.. please watch over us.
