Help Support Hank Dahl Through His Cancer Battle

Our dear friend, brother, mentor, and spiritual coach Hank Dahl is now facing a battle he never asked for—a battle against cancer

If you know Hank, you know he’s not one to complain. In all our recent conversations, he hasn’t once asked for help. He simply sees this diagnosis as another chapter in God’s plan, and he's seeking ways to glorify God even in the midst of it

For the past 18 years, Hank has dedicated his life to serving others through Reign Ministries’ Royal Servants division, pouring into youth ministry and missions work in both Ireland and Nepal. I first met Hank 25 years ago when he was leading Young Life—opening his heart, mentoring youths, and feeding hungry teenagers Bojangles biscuits out of his own pocket at our weekly after school Bible studies

He welcomed me into Young Life, then invited me to a Billy Graham revival that changed my life forever. Hank didn’t just preach the Gospel—he lived it. He taught me how to walk with God and how to pass those values on to my children. And I’m just one of the hundreds—if not thousands—of lives he has touched

But now, Hank needs our help

His Situation

Hank has been diagnosed with cancer and will begin radiation and ongoing treatments sometime over the next few weeks

This summer, while serving on mission in Nepal, his home in the U.S. was affected by severe black and green mold, resulting in the loss of most of their belongings and significant expenses for repairs and prevention

And through it all, Hank hasn’t stopped serving. He continues to lead youth, disseminating to others, and pour into everyone around him—never once asking for anything in return

Now, it’s time for us—his friends, his community, his spiritual family—to give back
