Cancer treatment expenses

Hi, my name is Teresa Rayas and I have set up this page on behalf of my dad, Jesus Vasquez. My dad and his supporting wife, Alicia Vasquez, have both been members of this community since grade school. Jesus has met many of you during his days at Metco Supply and currently helping all of your material needs come true at Luke Tillman material and trucking!

On 8/13/21 Jesus went to his local PA for an unrelated visit. After an abnormal ultrasound he was referred to other doctors for additional testing. He was officially diagnosed with liver cancer in September 2021 and later started treatment at MD Anderson in Houston on 10/21/21. Thanks to the wonderful medical staff and many appreciated prayers, Jesus’ tumors have shrunk however chemo and radiation therapy is still needed.

We, as a family, are seeking financial assistance from friends, family, and the community to help cover costs of treatment, gas, and lodging during this time.

Anyone that has had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jesus knows that he is a straight shooter, hard working, never say no, genuine, authentic, tough as nails type of man!! This cancer stands no chance!!!
