Ice Bucket challenge

Tax deductible
Hello friends.  I as you know have ALS.  I was diagnosed 6th of June 2015.  My symptoms began 2yrs earlier .  I have gone from 230 lb active athlete to now being a 110 lb victim of this horrific disease.   last year I was lucky enough to be asked to be a participant in an ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE  at CJ Sparrow in Chesire.  The event was a great success .  This years date is October 7th  So here we r,  one yr later and its that time again.  A cure for ALS will never happen in my life time , but a cure CAN happen for those yet to be diagnosed .  So,  I implore you,  donate whatever you can.  $5.00 to $500.  A portion of what I raise will go to an education account for my sons Matthew and Jack.  Every other single penny will go to the Ct chapter of ALS.  I thank you in advance( October 7th)
