Dear Friends,
Lyn Ross Kumhyr and I are reaching out to our VM family to see if we can come together to help Adriana. Some of you may know that she has had several medical issues this past year including a total hip replacement on June 12. She was recovering well and walking with a cane but this weekend she fell and fractured a bone (on the same side as the hip replacement). She had emergency surgery yesterday, Sunday, July 23.
Because of the pain and discomfort she's been experiencing this past year it has been difficult for her to continue working with her clients at the hair salon and at home. With this major setback this weekend, she will not be able to work for some time until she has fully recovered. She will also need to wear a brace for three months. Meanwhile, her rent is due plus she has other bills and medical expenses.

Adriana does not know that we have set this up for her. It will be a wonderful surprise! Please pray for a complete and total recovery. She needs to be ready to party at our 50th in October!
