Help me get top surgery

Hi, my name is Wayne and I’m a trans male who is raising money for my top surgery. Unfortunately under the NHS the waiting list to just be seen by gender specialists is extremely long (according to the GIC website they are currently seeing people from July/August 2018). I, like most people am unable to wait that long to just be seen. I’ve started hormones privately via gendergp and am looking to get top surgery privately as well. Unfortunately that is much more tricky as I’m working a minimum wage job and it will take me ages to reach the amount I need.
