My first home

I am a missionary wife. We've been on the mission field for 16 years now in Hungary,  as married, but even longer as a single. I always thought to be able to minister to the people around you, you need to blend in. So we humbly accepted a simple farmhouse we've been renting for 8 years now, not finding any other possibilities in this area, when we tried. But the past years we've been struggling with extreme mold in the house, most of our furniture and other belongings effected by it, creating a huge health risk for my children, or ourselves. We need to move out as soon as possible. My hope was to be able to move where I can also provide a healthy, possible Christian environment for our boys. We also would like to be part of a church family, we've been lacking the past 8 years serving at our present location. So we're moving to Budapest, where our boys have been accepted in Christian schools starting September, 2nd, and where have more possibilities to attend and minister from a church body. We can't afford to rent, as it's really high in Budapest, so my desire is to purchase our very first home, which we can't afford either, so we need help. I thought it is easier to find  one time help than monthly commitment for a salary raise to be able to rent. I have an orphan background, can't ask family to help either. We have 1/5 saved of for a possible home. Having 3 kids we can get a lower rate government loan for another fifth. With God's help we can afford to pay a monthly rate for that and a mortgage of another fifth of what a suitable house would cost. But we don't know how to obtain the remaining 2 fifth for what a house costs. Whatever home we had in the past we always used for ministry.  Our desire is to raise funds to be able to purchase a home sufficient for our family and being able to use it for God's glory!
