Hyattt's Hair Studio closed its doors on March 17, 2020, due to “the statewide COVID-19 shelter in place” enforcement to protect our communities and families. Hyatt‘s Hair Studio is a Community based business located in  San Carlos CA. We have served in the Silicon Valley area for over 10 years and as members of the community. We are human first, and a business second; so we fully understood the need to lockdown: however this closure has left licensed beauty professionals unable to work with a lack of effective resources or systems in place to financially support/stabilize “The  Small Business”.  Hyatt’s Hair Studio provides jobs to young mothers and fathers. Allowing them to be self-sufficient and independent, however due to this pandemic, these individuals have found themselves out of work. We fully understand that our situation is not unique and a lot of Americans have been impacted by Covid-19 as well. 

In an effort to prepare for re-opening and get our employees back to work at Hyatt’s Hair Studio we have applied for financial recovery relief as offered by the government but due to faulty computer infrastructures and high demand for these funds, we’ve yet to receive any financial assistance. So we’re reaching out to our community to raise funds,  in the hope of making the financial recovery needed to support Hyatt’s Hair Studio’s overhead, and safety modifications that are necessary to transition our employees back to work.

As we strive to figure out a way forward during these difficult times, anything you can provide is greatly appreciated. Salons and stylists are caring and creative people who help us all feel great about ourselves and our hair. Help us to continue to maintain that mission.
