Hello my name is Damian Mains , I am asking for your help on behalf of my very beautiful niece Audrey Mains. On 5-21-15 she was struck by a car going approximately 40-50 miles per hour while her family, watched in horror. She had severe trauma to her abdomen including broken lower back, shattered pelvis, both femurs were broke and multiple fractures including her face. She has a tear in her aorta and a bleed on her brain with plenty of cuts and bruises, she has already had multiple surgeries and they are planning on more. After this whole thing I'm sure she won't be physically or mentally the same. I am asking for your help, she will have much to worry about WHEN she makes a full recovery (positive thinking) bills, rent, Dr. Bills, every dollar helps.
