Hi, my name is Tom. As you may know, my first service dog Palmer passed away on November 2. He was special and will always be a part of my heart. Now, I am in the pipeline to receive a successor dog soon. The agency that I will obtain this new precious dog from is New Horizons service dogs. They have a fairly minor fee for the much greater expense it truly takes to train, house, feed and provide medical to a service dog before placed. Any help would be much appreciated.
