Please help Coco the Cockapoo who needs emergency treatment

Hi, my name is Fern Dors. I am raising this GoFundMe for my sister-in-law, Holly. She is too distraught to set this up herself.

Her 13-month-old cockapoo, Coco, has been crying out in pain when she walks. Upon taking her to the vet, we received the heart breaking news that Coco has grade 4 Luxating Patella in both of her back legs. This means that Coco's knees are dislocated, and the vet believes this is due to the way she was bred.

The vet attempted to manually put her knees back in place, but it didn't work. Coco now needs surgery by a specialist, which costs £5000. Holly is working part time, but doesn't have insurance for Coco, thinking the PDSA would cover any treatments with a donation. Unfortunately, the PDSA cannot cover this surgery.
