This is for Brooke Iserhardt, my daughter.  Brooke is the mother of 3 beautiful grandchildren and was a surrogate for a very special couple.  Brooke is married to John Iserhardt.  Together they have had their ups and down like all couples.  Brooke is facing a challenge that could be devastating.  She has had a diagnosis of cervical cancer.   Her OB/GYN of 12 years performed a procedure last week hoping that would bring good news but this afternoon we got just the opposite.  She also has an infection along with the news and has to have another procedure Wednesday morning.   Brooke, like many Americans,  does not qualify for Obamacare because John has access to coverage but they can not afford the cost.  To make ends meet Brooke is a server at a restaurant in St. Petersburg at nights while John is home with the kids.  She has been unable to work.  They are faced with the only option and that is a hysterectomy.  Hopefully, that will give her a future with her family.  The generosity of anyone able to help please know the gifts will be spent for medical bills and monthly bills.  She is an awesome mom and a wonderful daughter.  We have helped along with many of our family members, but this is so much bigger.   I don't do this lightly.  I'm not one to share such private problems.  Some know of their struggles but you should also know they have a strong faith.  Their church family and Gods mercy have brought them thru and will continue to be their source of strength.  Please keep Brooke in your prayers.  They are not new to terrifying medical news.  Johns older sister is fighting the big "C" also.   We would appreciate your sharing this so we can widen our circle of prayer.  God is Good and we are grateful.
