Help Jennifer kick cancers ass!!

On December 18, 2021 our world was turned upside down to say the least! What started as stomach troubles and a trip to the doctor quickly turned into a critical life altering situation. My Mom Jennifer was Diagnosed with Stage 3c Colon Cancer. Whoa, what a terrifying blow! To top that off it was the end of the year, So she now has 2 deductibles to meet which alone will swallow up the little savings there is.  She is currently fighting through these horrible chemo treatments that leave her weak, sick and absolutely exhausted. She was approved for short term disability, but is only able to receive partial income and that will probably be the case until after she has recovered from surgery which has yet to be determined. She has 3 more chemo treatments to go before she will have another MRI to see if the first round of chemo shrunk the tumor. Then she starts daily radiation treatments. Sometime after that will be surgery followed by more chemo. Thankful her medical team has been AMAZING and are very optimistic as we all are for a full recovery.  It is just going to be a long hard road emotionally, physically and financially. Due to the foreseeable medical bills and other unexpected expenses I have started this page in hopes that friends and loved ones will help to support some of the financial burdens that my Mom will incur throughout her journey. That way she can focus her energy on beating this cancers ass! All donations will directly contribute to her current and future medical costs, including chemotherapy, radiation, MRI scans, surgeries, living expenses and anything else our family may need to make this journey easier for her.
