Help the Earthquake victims in Turkey!

Hello,

Our names are Burag Peksezer and Aysegul Birce Basaran. We are raising money for people who are affected by the earthquakes in Turkey that happened on February 6.

Two earthquakes, one with a magnitude of 7.8 and another one 7.5 on the same day in the Southwestern part of Turkey. As of February 11, the death toll is 24,000 and according to the local governments, it is expected to climb to 50,000. It is considered as the biggest catastrophe in the last 100 years in Turkey.

There are 10 cities in the earthquake area and the total affected population is around 15 Million. There are some towns with over a population of 40.000 and that are completely wiped out. All this terrible news raises a huge problem of shelter, food and humanitarian aid. We created this page to raise funds and donate to Ahbap Turkey.
