Help Restore Stability for a Resilient Family

Hey all,

Austin and I are suffering from the damages of Hurricane Helene in Asheville, NC. We've had no water, no power, limited cell service, low food/drinkable water, and cannot access our jobs at this time.

We're lucky though. The worst of our house is 8.5inches of flooding/seepage in the basement. The downed trees missed our home and our cars. We are truly blessed to have not lost everything.

Coming up on a week of barely sustainable living, we've come to the realization that the place we've called home for the last 4 years isn't going to be sustainable for us any time soon.

So with that we're requesting any help possible in order to get what we can and evacuate. We're trying to get back home to one of our mom's in the meantime while we figure out what life looks like now. We're going to have to take our 3 kitties and the chinchilla with us but as long as we've got each other we will be okay.
