Dear neighbors,

Per our last board meeting, we discussed interest in decorating the property this season for the holidays. Due to the developer budgeting $0, we will need your help this year to make it happen. If each homeowner donates a minimum $10 to this cause, we will be able to decorate the exterior of the Vizcaya Falls property and for $15 per resident we can decorate the exterior and some of the interior of the clubhouse. Whatever you choose to donate will help us light up our property for the holidays. Something that we all have wanted to see done for years. Let’s do it together!
