About 2 years ago I found out about Vivianas kidney failure. She’s in stage 5 of kidney disease now as her kidneys are only working approximately 13%. She has a kidney transplant schedule for May 13th, however due to COVID-19 I got laid off at work and things got more complicated. She only has health insurance until June 30th and after that Medicare can only cover up to 80% of medical costs. 

We are unable to do this alone so I please ask all my family and friends that want to help us out. it would be greatly appreciated.
