The Porch / Rom Tx needs your help.   As you probably know, it is the home of Novemberfest  (see film:  https://youtu.be/ySwbXgUz_B0 )  and Shirtalog.com ( https://youtu.be/xPx5cIB8Czw ) and we hope to get a lot more happening in the future.  But for now, while the whole world is on hold, we just need help getting through this winter.

That includes: 

-Repairing the roof
-Improving drainage


Those are the main goals for the near future, but we've got a lot more in mind, to come later, hopefully.   I'm gonna be doing all the work myself, whenever possible. (i'm ahk)  I have done some roof repair already and i feel capable.  The dormitory wing floods sometimes, and we've got to stop that before proceeding with any improvements of that area.  I think i'll need to make some french drains, and probably add some gutters.   I can do all this.  I have time, just need money.

...and oh yeah, the insurance company is about to force me to make repairs.  I'm not exactly sure what will be on their list yet.

My vision for the future of Rom is something like an artist retreat, open all year, where yall can schedule time, come out and work on all kinds of projects.  Art, Video, Music, Writing, and of course Partys.   I'd like it to be comfortable enough for yall to bring your kids someday, or your mom.   A multi purpose Art / Party place for us, by us.

I started buying this place when i was 24, 14 years ago.  I was in no position financially to do that.  And i'm still broke.  But the place will be paid off in a few years.  If i ever get rich, i will put so much money into improving it, and continue to share it with all yall.
