VISUAL ALBUM: First album as an Indie Artist

Hi, my name is Jonathan Thulin AKA Andreas Moss. I am a full time recording artist and songwriter. I have been in the the music industry since I was 6 years old and have known very little else in my life.

I have always been terrified of doing these fundraisers. But here goes! This my first time doing one pertaining to any of my creative projects. I have been signed to labels for the last 15 years and this is my first time releasing anything as an Indie artist. Which means no label money. Just me Alone :/

This project is the most excited I've been about releasing music in a very long time. It's 35 years in the making and it's the biggest undertaking I have ever faced. I'll explain why in a second. THE PROJECT

"Amo The Human"

After being in the music industry for such a long time. I just started to feel like my passion had completely left the building. Music has always been my emotional outlet. The way my soul interprets the world. But the industry has a way of making you feel completely worthless. Talent doesn't matter as much a notoriety does and every time you meet someone at an event or at an industry party, everyone is searching for whether they can use you as a ladder or not. It's devastating and heartbreaking and eventually begins taking a massive toll.

I'm tired of waiting for the right moment, I'm tired of waiting for validation from an industry that has stolen not only my money and time but also my love for music.

I know who I am. And it is finally time that I tell my story. On my own terms.

I will be releasing a visual album over the span on 5 months this summer. 20 songs. One song and visual once a week. Half of my songs will be in Swedish and the other half English. I have never released music in Swedish and I am elated.

On top of the visual album I will have daily content every day during this period as well. This isn't random content. It all pertains to the story line and is all a part of this art piece that I want to share with you.

100+ interviews with every person that has influenced me as an artist and human. Every week I will introduce you to Producers, Artists, Songwriters, Actors, Filmmakers etc. All people who have directly influenced my life. I am going to talk about everything, share everything about my life. Not only through song but also through traveling all over the world to the most significant places that have formed me . I will release weekly live recordings of songs I have written with friends as well as share many unheard demos from my career.

Also, I am going to remake and remix and master my last album from my time as a christian artist "Science Fiction" The streams have been going wild on this album and I have barely seen a dime from any of it because of a very abusive and unfortunate record deal I signed in my early 20's. So this is me taking my art back. Because I no longer want it to be tainted by that incredible painful time in my life.

After this project, I think it might be my final one as an artist. I am pouring my all into this and sharing songs from the last 15 years that I am very proud of.

"Amo The Human" Is part documentary, part music video, part epic science fiction story. I hope this will be something that you feel like you are a part of because I also wouldn't be who I am without my incredible listeners who have walked with me through some very hard times.

These funds will be for travel, film crew, editing, equipment and location rentals. I Am trying to do it as cost effective as I can. But cannot do it without your help.
