Hello- my name is Alisa. 3 weeks ago I suddenly lost my vision in my left eye. I went to the doctor and was told I have have severe cataracts in both eyes.I am not legally able to drive at this time. Since I am a truck driver, I am currently unable to work until my vision is corrected. I don't have insurance and I don't have any PTO. I have started the process with blind services to see if they can help with my surgeries. I am not sure how long that will take. The doctor said I am looking to be out of work for another 6-8 weeks. My 20 yr old son is the only income we have coming in right now. I need help to cover my medical expenses, rent, utilities and groceries until I can return back to work. Please help out if you can. It will be greatly appreciated.
