Losing vision at 18! Help me get a service animal

Hello! My name is Colton D McCall and about a year ago I started progressively losing vision. It started off as just periodic episodes where I would lose vision and then it would come back in spots of my eye. However, one day my right eye had a thing known as an ocular stroke resulting in me losing half the vision in my eye and blocking arteries causing the tissue cells in the top of my eye to lose blood flow and die. Ever since then it's been non-stop doctor's appointments trying to figure out why this happened and what we can do to stop it. While my doctors are still hard at work, we have found ways to reduce the frequency of episodes! One of these ways is managing my stress and alerting myself to migraines when they are about to happen, which is what this dog will do! It is currently being trained by snowy Pines white Labradors and golden retrievers over in Arkansas to help me with my medical episodes as request of my therapist and doctor! However, insurance will not cover any of it. The dog will cost us $25,000 and my parents have already paid so much in my other doctor's medical bills and I need to raise the money by the beginning of 2026 in order to receive the service animal which will reduce my chances of going blind before I'm even 20! As you can guess this has been really tough on me and especially my family. I've never liked asking for anything in my entire life, but for once I ask you for your help! And if you are in a situation where you're not able to, I ask you to please at least just spread the word and the go fund me<3
