Vision for All: Transforming Lives Through Eye Care

Hi Everyone!

My name is Marium, and I’m an Optometrist based in Wolverhampton. If you know me, you know how passionate I am about eye health and making a difference in people’s lives.

Here in the UK, we’re fortunate to have access to the NHS, which allows us to receive care for all sorts of eye conditions free of charge. But in many parts of the world, this simply isn’t the reality.

Right now, over 117.3 million people are forcibly displaced refugees—individuals who have lost not just their homes, but also access to basic healthcare. I believe it’s our responsibility as humans to look out for one another, especially those in need.

That’s why I’m raising funds to support a mission that’s close to my heart. From January 1st to January 8th, I’ll be traveling to Jordan with a team of ophthalmic specialists to provide life-changing eye care to those who need it most.

But we can’t do it alone. We need your support to make this mission a success. Every single penny you donate will go directly toward delivering vital eye care to as many people as possible.

My motto in life is: “Do good and be good.” If we all do a little good, we can create a better, brighter world for everyone.
