Tina's Pituitary Brain Tumor Surgery

My friend Tina Marinak needs some help. Her friends know her as a person who is fervent about the ferals in Tempe, feeding them faithfully, rescuing their kittens, and trapping them for TNR. She has been passionate about rescue for over 20 years and saved hundreds of cats through TNR and adoption.

I also know her as someone who has a growing pituitary tumor with an arachnoid cyst that needs surgery. Her vision is failing due to the pressure of the tumor on her pituitary gland, especially affecting her depth perception. She has balance issues and terrible headaches as well. It isn’t a good situation for holding a job.

Her house is now in jeopardy due to back taxes, utilities need to be paid, and there are the minor household expenses (you know, like food). Tina needs a hand up until she is recovered from surgery and can go back to work.
