Dear friends and family,

I am writing in seeking your kid assistant with my Kidney Transplant Operation and Medical expenses. I come from a family history of BP and diabetes that led to my Kidneys failure. I've gone through many hospitals and doctors; I am currently receiving dialysis treatment and need a Kidney Transplant ASAP. The dialysis, medical checkups, and surgery are costing a great amount of funding that I, unfortunately don't have. Today, due to the extreme and harsh changes the world is going through, I do understand not everyone is in the position to donate. I hope everyone stays healthy and safe.
