Virtual Tip Jar- PIKO Street Kitchen Employees
Donation protected
Illinois’ decision to shut down all dine-in restaurants to limit the spread of the Coronavirus is necessary, however it is also proving to be one of the biggest hardships we have faced during our 5 years in business.
Although our food truck is still open, our Politan Row location has been closed through the end of March (and potentially longer). As a result, the number of hours available to our hourly employees have been cut by 75%.. We are trying to give each of them as many hours as possible, but we could use some extra help.
Every dollar raised will go directly to our hourly employees. If you are in a position to donate, even just a little bit, it will surely help our hardworking staff during this troublesome time.
So if you are able we are most appreciative if you could leave them a "tip" in our virtual tip jar.
Thank you in advance for your generosity, and hope to see you soon!
With love and gratitude,
The PIKO Street Kitchen Team
