Virtual Meal Train for Walter Barr

The world said goodbye to a beautiful soul on 10/26/21 when my mother, Elaine Barr lost a hard fought battle with cancer. She graced the world with a smile and a laugh that will not be forgotten.

My mother and father, Walter, spent 55 years together. There was rarely a day in that 55 years that they were not together. Even on some of my mom's worst days, she would cook the family meals as she enjoyed being in the kitchen and caring in her own way for my dad.

This fundraiser is for a virtual meal train for my dad as he readjusts. We are subscribing to various meal delivery services for him over the next year. Not having to think too hard each night about what to eat is a huge gift as he realigns daily life. These meals also teach him how to cook and prepare various foods which will help him tremendously!

Anything you contribute will be 100% used for meals for Walter. The average cost per meal is about $10-$12, and it typically has 2 servings included.
