ECF's Monster Dash - 2nd Annual Virtual 5K

Support the Epstein Community Foundation by participating in the 2nd Annual Virtual 5K - ECF's Monster Dash!

ECF's Monster Dash will be a virtual 5K run/walk on October 30th-31st. The race will be a Flextime Race, which means you can run any time on Saturday, October 30th or Sunday, October 31st. Get out early or sleep in late, it's up to you! Walkers welcome!

- Optional in-person group run/walk and kids costume run on October 30th at 9 AM at Clark Park
- Prizes for top 3 finishers in each race division - Men, Women, Walkers
- Best Costume contest for kids!

Interested in participating in ECF's Monster Dash?
We ask that you donate a suggested $25 registration fee for adults ($10 for kids) by clicking “Donate now” above. You will receive an invitation via email for the JustMove app with instructions on how to sign up for the race. JustMove is a virtual “live” racing mobile app that allows users to participate in a race from wherever they are in the world.

Donate more to win prizes! All proceeds from this event will fund projects supported by the Epstein Community Foundation, and provide grants for nonprofits and scholarships for high school students.

What has ECF been up to lately?
- Assembled 100 school supply kits for foster kids in need with Back2School Illinois
- Furnished and decorated a home for a family emerging from homelessness with Humble Design
- Donated over $3,500 of brand new books to build home libraries for under-resourced children with Open Books
- Prepared individually wrapped meals for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House Near Lurie Children's Hospital
