Virginia's Dental Emergency: Your Support

My name is Virginia. I'm turning 40 this year, live with my husband and two kiddos. I am looking for help with a dental procedure that is way outside of my means, but is necessary for me to be able to eat.

I had a similar procedure done on the top of my mouth 4 years ago. Multiple teeth pulled. And a top denture put in. It took weeks of pre planning. It exhausted all of mine and my husbands savings and we had to borrow money which we finally finished paying back.

Now, 4 years later, I need the bottom done. I have a different job after 6 months of unemployment. The new job benefits only pay a portion after the fact on the extractions, and they won't forward or finance any of it for me because it's prosthodontics. The financing options I have found are all credit based. I don't have the credit for this. None of the dental schools will touch this due to the prosthodontics involved. I can't go out of country for this right now.

We've already exhausted all our borrowing options in thenlast year just to repair the van so Hubby can get to work a few days a week per his job's request. We both need to work to pay our mortgage and bills.

I have asked for advice, I have thought about this, and have decided to ask for help. I am breaking pieces of my bottom teeth almost weekly, and it's mentally taxing in ways that I can't explain.

What I am asking for is any help that can be given. I included the bill, minus my personal information.

I am looking for $3,650 for the lower denture, which the dentist needs first before they will schedule the extractions.

I am also asking for $2,500 for help paying for the extractions.

I am not asking for the $845 for the realign on the denture, because the insurance reimbursement can go towards that, and that I will have time after the procedure to come up with. Any extra is going to pay for tylenol and soft foods for recovery.

I try to help where I can, when I can. My husband hates doing these because he hasn't seen it work for anyone he knows. I have asked for help in the past, now I am asking for help again. Please help me with this. Anything will help. God bless and thank you in advance.
