Virginia's cancer testing/treatment
My daughter was diagnosed with malignant melanoma on 07/24/2018. She is in need of a PET scan and a sentinel node biopsy to determine if the cancer has spread into the lymph nodes. She is uninsured.
Just the cost of the PET scan can range anywhere from $2,000 to $20,000. We will be making phone calls and getting local prices with any available discounts or payment plans, as well as, researching any possible assistance that may be available.
The Dermatologist's office is calling a local oncologist, on our behalf, to see if they will offer any discount to perform the sentinel node biopsy.
If you are in a position financially and of a generous heart moved to help my daughter, we would be so grateful.
