Virginia's health, commerce, churches, and schools have been unconstitutionally commandeered by Governor Northam.  By emergency executive orders, he has seized private property, stopped commerce, taken away the right to assemble, taken control of your schools, and mandated the use of face masks that can actually make you sick.  The effects of Northam's actions have devastated businesses, their employees, and their families.  He has no plans to relinquish his emergency powers nor release the restrictions despite data that show the crisis is over.  Without judicial action, Wreck-it-Ralph will continue to burn down Virginia's business community and many will never recover.  Chap Petersen, a sitting Democratic Senator from Fairfax, is representing me in a lawsuit to gain immediate injunctive relief for all of Virginia from this abuse of power.

This action will help ALL VIRGINIA BUSINESSES, SCHOOLS,  AND PLACES OF WORSHIP  regain their rights to operate safely as they see fit -- not Lord Northam.  Please join the fight to regain your freedom by becoming a shareholder in this battle.
