Virginia Esquivel

It is difficult to express, in words, how much Virginia means to our Chuys family.

Virginia has been a part of all our lives for so many years. And we know she loves & cares for us, just as much as we love & care for her. She is one of the kindest women you’ll ever meet. She has a heart of gold & might be the hardest working person I’ve ever met. If you’ve ever wondered why the food at Chuys Barton Springs tastes so good, she is the reason.

This past week, Virginia underwent surgery for a very serious medical emergency. She is currently in ICU & is expected to be in the hospital for many weeks. We know her road ahead, to recovery, is difficult. But if anyone can do it, it is Virginia.

We are asking the community for assistance. Virginia is not only missing weeks of employment, but her medical bills are piling up.

I know that her family and friends are grateful for any and all help, during this very difficult time.

Thank you so much for your consideration. Please keep her in your thoughts & prayers. Chuy’s just isn’t the same without her & we can’t wait to see her beautiful smile again, soon!
