In January of this year, I was getting ready for work when all of a sudden I collapsed and lost consciousness. I was transported, by ambulance to Mass General hospital. I was diagnosed with a ruptured brain aneurysm, which required emergency surgery. I survived the surgery and spent 16 days in the neuro intensive care unit. I have since had six months of physical therapy to regain back strength and balance. As a result, I was out of full time work. I work to assist with the family expenses. I am currently back to work with limited hours, due to doctor's advice. It is very difficult for me and my family to ask for help, but the medical expenses are extremely high. Bills for ambulance, hospital, physical therapy are not covered 100% by insurance so as a result, we need to ask for help. If you are able, please make a donation on the Go Fund Me page. The link is https://gofund.me/d47dbb1f.
Thank you for any financial support you can provide. My family and I appreciate anything you can do to help.
