Violets of Love: Jasmin's Fund
Jasmin is a 26 year old Baltimore native, graduate of Xavier
University (OH) and Indiana Wesleyn University, and a Devastating Diva of Delta
Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is our Soror, our sister and our friend.
On April 4, 2013, Jasmin was admitted to the hospital and was
eventually diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). She recently started a new
job and is not eligible for leave. On April 12, 2013, there was a fire in her
apartment building. It completely burned down and Jasmin lost everything. It is
a blessing that Jasmin was still in the hospital at the time.
Her MS diagnosis can be managed - she is currently in rehab. The
fire only destroyed material things, which can be replaced. Yet, we have to
exercise our faith muscles and focus on God's Word as Jasmin undergoes
treatment to come through this test.
We ask for your prayers and financial support to assist Jasmin during this time. Please donate whatever you can to support Jasmin, especially as she recovers from her apartment fire.
