Donation protected
After numerous 1st trimester losses, tests, doctors appointments and tears, we were blessed with a beautiful healthy baby. We successfully made it out of the 1st trimester and it was bliss. My husband left for the Army while I was 15 weeks pregnant, but we were excited to start our lives with our little girl and our other two wonderful children. This dream was short lived. At 38 weeks and 3 days our world was shattered. I woke up to feel no movement. We rushed to the hospital and to our utter shock, she no longer had a heartbeat. Our hearts were broken. She was a perfect blue eyed, blonde haired princess.
As we were discharged from the hospital at 3 o'clock the following morning, after having given birth to her at 9:18 pm 2-17-19, we received two boxes. These boxes contained small tokens and letters from other mothers who had suffered this horrible tragedy as well. During the hardest day of my life, they brought comfort and a relief that we were not alone.
In Violets memory, we would like to donate boxes to local hospitals for other parents that endure this heart breaking loss.
Every dollar helps in making these boxes and comfort possible to other grieving parents.
"To allow this grieving time and to prevent the baby’s body from deteriorating, the CuddleCot keeps the baby cool in a basket next to mom providing the Gift of Time."
We are now extending Violet's Vow Box Donations to going towards getting cuddle cots for the surrounding hospitals.
It breaks my heart to know that we could have had more time with our precious angel. Help give other mothers that precious gift.
Please continue to donate and share to show your love and support
We love you Violet.
