Hello Everyone,

On October 30, 2023, my sweet 5 year old, Violet was diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Violet is the kindest 5 year old anyone could meet. She is shy (doesn’t get that from me) yet caring and wants to love on her sisters. She enjoys drawing, church on Sundays, going to target and loves to reminisce about her birthday trips to The Great Wolf Lodge.

As her mom, one of the most important duties as a mother in my life is to guide her to be an amazing woman and to protect her from anything that may harm her the best that I can. Although it is out of my control, I feel like I failed. Violet is the joy in my life and I can’t help but feel so helpless to see what my baby is going through. She is fragile, moody (due to steroids) in pain and I just wish I could take it all from her. After her ER visit- we were admitted right away to Phoenix Children’s Hospital for treatment. She immediately had surgery to insert her central line (port), undergo a lumbar puncture in which chemo was also administered and had a bone marrow biopsy done. Violets recent diagnosis and prognosis causes for a full time caregiver, which in turn is me (mommy). I have taken a leave of absence from my career to try my best to not leave her side while she fights against this cancer.

Any donations made will go to unexpected medical bills, any uncovered medications and towards living expenses (bills) until I can return back to work.
