Violeta Freites' Memorial
Donation protected
Mrs. Violeta Freites is Maigualida Nieto's mom. For all of us who know Maigua, as an outstanding professional, an unconditional friend, and an empathic, exceptional human being, it's our moment to give back to her and her family some support throughout this difficult moment. For those who haven't have the pleasure to meet her, I'll tell you a little bit about her.
Maigua is a Medical Doctor from Venezuela, a Pediatrician like myself, and she moved to the USA with her family, where we met through the extraordinary network she created called Stepthoscope, which has become an invaluable source of support to IMGs in the process of preparation to get their certification as a physician in this country. She's also part of MUV USA, as the Coordinator in Georgia's State.
Maigua has been performing all these activities exceptionally while taking care of her mom who was an Alzheimer's Disease patient, and after some health complications that took her to ICU for several days, she passed away this morning.
We're asking for your contribution to the economical burden in regards to the funeral and some other medical expenses they may have.
Your prayers and good thoughts are also appreciated to help Maigua and her family to alleviate the pain, and find some peace of mind and spirit to confront the invaluable loss of her mother.
