My poor 5 month old puppy Violet broke her tiny leg Wednesday night after managing to jump over the tall puppy gate. I came home to a limping puppy crying out in extreme pain. My heart broke for my baby who was clearly suffering.
After bringing her to the emergency veterinary clinic, hoping it was a minor sprain, I learned that it was in fact a fracture. The following news was equally as devastating; surgery to fix her little leg costs a total of $5600. I'm reaching out to friends, family, and kind strangers asking for help, as I cannot afford this alone.
