Violet Rayne's Medical Funds
Donation protected
Hi everyone, I am Raelyn (Violet's mommy). We have created this go fund me in honor of our daughter Violet Rayne. We plan to use this go fund me to help buy supplies to build medical equiptment for V (special needs equiptment is sooo expensive) and other expenses we have from so many hospital stays. Let's talk Violet :) Violet is 10 months old and was diagnosed at 5 months with genetic disease CDG 1C (congential disorder of glycosolation). Less than 100 people in the world have this disease which makes my girl rare and unique! This diagnosis is very life threatning and we work hard to appreciate every moment with our girl even though it has been rough(one income family now). Although we have a diagnosis it does not define who she is and if she can conquer this hard disease. Violet spent the first 4 1/2 months of her life in the hospital after a pacemaker and gtube to eat she came home to us. Since then she has developed uncontrollable seizures (requiring our last 1month hospital stay/she stops breathing). Because V has been so unpredictable we have decided to go home with hospice along with nursing care/therapy she recieves(still waiting on insurance for services). Hospital stays, therapy equiptment, house bills have begun to pile and stress us during this precious time we get with our girl. We are thankful for the many prayers and help we have recieved so far and ask again to please she our girl's story so we may find some support during this time. The holidays are upon us and we are so excited to have V home with family and hope she is good (it stays that way). I like to call her my cute but dangerous baby :) Violet will under go another surgery in the next couple of weeks called fundo (will stop throwing/spitting up) which has become dangerous and has required cpr :( She gets monthly plasma transfusions for her blood clotting disorder and take 4 seizures medicine to help her big seizures (she is still not seizure free). My life has become so different with so many doctors, hospitals, and my sweet little girl but I would not have it any other way. I am thankful for my girl and how strong her fight is ( I honestly did not believe she would make it home). We ask that you please donate, pray, and share for our little Violet Rayne and her victories. Every $1 means alot to us and will go a long way.
