Violet and Shelley Harrison

This is Shelley and Violet, twin girls who are 2 years old.

On October 10, 2024, Shelley lost her life due to severe child abuse at the hands of her mother, Chandy McCarthy, and her boyfriend, Gregory MacDonald. My name is Shawna Sanchez and I am Violet and Shelley's aunt. My brother JJ was the girls father who died before the girls turned one. Violet has lost her sister, mother and father all before her third birthday.

Violet has seen and been subject to so much trauma in her 2 short years of life, events no child should ever experience, let alone endure every day, especially at such a young age. Violet has a long road ahead of her legally, physically, and mentally. This GoFundMe account will provide her with the financial assistance she needs now and in the future. All proceeds not used for her current welfare will be set aside so for her so she has all the chances of a normal life.

We are working very hard to get her out of foster care and placed with our family which will show her stability and love, things she should not have to fight for but should be given naturally every second of every day. Any donation big or small is appreciated as we fight this battle for this sweet little girl that did not deserve any of this.
