Hi my name is Lili Smith and my boyfriend Eric and I own an adorable and sweet French bulldog named Vinny. He is the kindest dog I’ve ever met and has the sweetest personality. We took him to the vet for what we thought was a UTI and got him antibiotics. But around 6pm last night we saw symptoms of paralysis in his hind legs. We took him to the emergency overnight vet and learned that he has a back issue that could lead to permanent paralysis if we don’t get him immediate surgery. Eric is taking him to a specialist in Gainesville to get him the care he needs but it will cost a significant amount of money. We will do anything we can to help save our boy. We are asking for any help anyone can provide for us to be able to get him the care he needs and hopefully prevent full paralysis.
