Vinny Testa Medical Care

Our father Vinny Testa is finally home from rehab! But we need your help. The costs of medical care are quickly suffocating us. Insurance is helping very little.

In August 2018, Vinny was diagnosed with a very rare, very aggressive, and very advanced (stage 4) form of bladder cancer. He also suffered a series of strokes over the summer, losing the use of the left side of his body. He requires 24-hour assistance, which we are mostly providing as a family.

Doing this ourselves is taking not just an emotional toll but a financial one as well. The cost of a home health aid for one day is $400, or around $10,000 a month. The cost of a wheelchair van rental for weekly chemotherapy is $200. We don't have ramps installed at our home. We don't know what other costs are on the horizon.

We are reaching out to our loved ones for anything they can contribute to help us through this difficult time. Every dollar will help.
