As many of you know, Vinny is an 11 year old rescue Dachshund and my best friend, soul dog, fur child, light of my life. We have been together 10 years and in that time he has won many of your hearts, often coming to work with me, being the set dog who puts a smile on everyone he meets’ face.

Recently we got the news that Vinny has cancer, ‘Adenocarcinoma’. The good news is, after scans and testing we know it hasn’t yet spread. The bad news is it’s grown fast and needs to be surgically removed ASAP.

His insurance only covers £1,000 of the £9,000 this is costing. I cannot put a price on him and obviously will find a way to give him the best shot at life. So am on here, to see if any of his fans could contribute a couple of quid (no amount too small) to support my ensuring he gets the best care possible.

Asking for help is never easy and Vinny and I appreciate any help anyone feels they can give at this difficult time xxxxxx
