I hate doing this, but the Pandemic has been rough on the bank account as have other unforeseen circumstances.
This morning (Sept. 9) I took Vinny to the emergency veterinarian. For the past week, he has been vomiting regularly. I didn’t know it was him until yesterday. When I confirmed it, I attempted to make appointments at a number of clinics, but was unable to, so I had to take him to emergency care. He has had X-rays done, where it was revealed that he has blockage in his stomach. He is now being hospitalized to see if he is able to pass the blockage or if we will need to continue with an endoscopy or surgery.
For those in the know, Vinny means the world to me. He is in fact my best friend and I love him dearly. I’m pretty sure most people that meet him also love him. He’s the friendliest, strangest, most unique creature you could ever meet and I honestly cannot bear the thought of losing him. I’ve currently spent most of my money on his current hospitalization, but if the need for surgery arrives, I’m not fully confident I can cover it.
So please, I know that this may seem small to most, but this cat means everything to me, andI would truly appreciate anything that helps.
